Our current shipping rates are as follows:

• UK Orders Over £50 – Free Next Day Delivery
• UK Orders Under £50 – £8 (Next Day Delivery)
• UK Orders Next Day AM – £20
• UK Orders Saturday AM – £30
• International Orders DAP – Select between UPS or Fedex and we'll sort the rest. (All duty paid by us prior to shipping)
  

All parcels are fully tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number.

If your order is classed as an oversized item OR deemed extra heavy, additional heavy shipping duty will be added at checkout when selecting your shipping options.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the items are unused and in resalable condition.

Once your cancellation has been confirmed, you must return the items within 14 days, ideally in their original packaging.

Order online and collect directly from our Sheffield OR Barnsley store. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email or phone confirmation with collection details. Please wait for confirmation before travelling to ensure your order is prepared.

Each parcel is also wrapped in durable black film and sealed with fragile tape to ensure both security and protection in transit.
