DLI Wide DE Reflector
The DLI Wide DE Reflector is a high-performance double-ended reflector designed to pair with DLI 6/750W and 1000W HPS fixtures. Built for growers who want maximum light efficiency and uniform canopy coverage, this reflector delivers exceptional PAR performance with a total integrated hemispherical reflectance of over 95% across the 400–700 nm range. The louvre finish is engineered to remain clean and neutral, without iridescent colour distortion, helping ensure consistent light quality throughout the grow area.
Manufactured from electrochemically brightened, high-purity aluminium, the reflector starts with a durable anodised base coat that hardens the surface and minimises abrasion damage during use and cleaning. The aluminium is then vacuum-treated using specialised processes to create highly reflective layers, finished with a dual-layer oxide system tuned for peak visible light reflection. This layered build not only boosts overall reflectivity but also adds long-term protection against wear and corrosion.
Light efficiency and uniformity are central to the Wide DE design. Each ray from the lamp is either transmitted directly to the canopy or reflected only once off 99.99% pure aluminium before reaching the plants. This reduces wasted light, lowers hotspots, and produces a smoother, more even spread across the grow space, supporting balanced development from edge to edge.
