Always add Pythoff Plus before nutrients or additives. Not compatible with hydrogen peroxide, hypochlorous acid, beneficial bacteria, or live microbial systems.
Nutrient Management
Poor growth is often caused by the build-up of waste materials in nutrient solutions or the root zone. FloraMax Pythoff Plus provides a safe and effective way to prevent these problems without damaging delicate root tissue.
For stored water, dose with 2 ml per litre and store in the dark for at least 24 hours before use.
FAQs
How often should I use Pythoff Plus?
For general maintenance, dose every 7 days. In severe contamination cases, re-dose every 1–2 days (recirculating systems) or 3–4 days (run-to-waste systems).
Can I use it with beneficial bacteria?
No. Pythoff Plus is not compatible with live bacterial or microbial systems. Use FloraMax System Maintenance instead if beneficial microbes are essential.
Is it safe for roots?
Yes. Pythoff Plus is formulated to be gentle on roots while remaining highly effective at cleaning and conditioning your hydroponic system.
