Do bulk packs come with a power cable?

Yes. Every pack, including the single-light option, comes with one compatible 2.5m power lead. You can choose either a UK or EU plug when ordering.

What pack sizes are available?

The Maxibright MaxiLED PRO TS 40W is available individually or in packs of 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18 and 21 lights, allowing you to choose the quantity that best suits your growing space.

Do I need to purchase extension leads?

Not necessarily. The lights already have approximately 1 metre of spacing between connected fixtures. Extension leads are only required if you want to position the lights further apart.

How many extension leads come with the optional upgrade?

When you select the extension lead upgrade, you receive one additional 1m extension lead per light purchased. For example, a 3-pack includes 3 extension leads, while a 12-pack includes 12 extension leads.

Can I choose between a UK and EU plug?

Yes. Simply select your preferred UK or EU plug when ordering. Both options are available at the same price.

Can I connect all the lights in a bulk pack together?

Yes. The MaxiLED PRO TS system supports connecting up to 25 compatible fixtures using a single suitable power lead. All our available pack sizes can therefore be connected together.

Can I add more lights later?

Yes. The modular connection system allows additional compatible MaxiLED PRO TS fixtures to be connected, provided the maximum of 25 lights per power lead is not exceeded.

Does each light come with a ground stake?

Yes. Every 40W LED fixture includes its own ground stake, allowing you to position the light directly into the growing medium around the base of your plant.

Can these lights replace my main overhead grow light?

The MaxiLED PRO TS is designed primarily for supplementary under-canopy lighting. It works alongside your existing overhead LED grow lights to improve light coverage around lower foliage and areas that receive less direct illumination.

Are the lights suitable for humid grow rooms?

Yes. The MaxiLED PRO TS has an IP65 protection rating, making it suitable for humid indoor growing environments when installed according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the items are unused and in resalable condition.

Once your cancellation has been confirmed, you must return the items within 14 days, ideally in their original packaging.
