The Hailea ACO-22 Series Air Pumps are compact, quiet and energy-efficient air pumps designed for hydroponic nutrient reservoirs, Deep Water Culture (DWC) systems, aquariums and general water aeration. Featuring reliable diaphragm technology, low power consumption and built-in air outlets, these pumps provide a practical way to supply air to submerged air stones and diffusers.

Available in three models, the ACO-2202, ACO-2204 and ACO-2206, the range delivers total airflow outputs from 1.6 to 10 litres per minute, making it suitable for individual DWC pots, small nutrient reservoirs and multi-pot hydroponic systems.

Installation & Maintenance Tips

Position the air pump on a dry, stable surface above the water level where possible.
Connect compatible air line tubing to the built-in outlet or outlets.
Attach a suitable air stone to the opposite end of each air line.
Place the air stones inside the nutrient reservoir or aquarium.
Connect the pump to a suitable electrical supply.
Check that air is flowing consistently through the connected stones.
Keep the pump's air intake clear of dust and obstructions.
Inspect air stones and tubing regularly for blockages.
Disconnect the pump from the electrical supply before maintenance.

Important: The air pump must not be submerged. If the pump is positioned below the water level, fit a suitable air line non-return valve to reduce the risk of water siphoning backwards into the pump when switched off.
